Key Eligibility & Qualifications (Snapshot)
- Assistant Secretary: Bachelor's Degree.
- Assistant Professor & Assistant Director: Post Graduate Degree with 55% marks.
- Accounts Officer: Bachelor's Degree with Economics/Commerce/Accounts/Finance as a subject OR MBA (Finance)/CA/ICWA.
- Superintendent: Bachelor's Degree AND Working knowledge of Computer/Computer Applications.
- Junior Translation Officer: Master's Degree in Hindi with English as a subject (or vice versa) AND Recognized Diploma/Certificate in translation OR 3 years experience.
- Junior Accountant: 12th Class with Accountancy/Business Studies/Economics/Commerce/Cost Accounting as a subject AND Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
- Junior Assistant: 12th Class or equivalent AND Typing speed of 35 w.p.m. in English or 30 w.p.m. in Hindi.
Selection Process Overview
The selection process for most posts involves a Two-Tier Examination followed by an Interview or Skill Test (Qualifying).
- Tier-1: MCQ Based Preliminary Screening Examination
- Tier-2: Objective (MCQ) & Descriptive Type Written Main Examination
- Tier-3: Interview (for Group 'A' Posts like Assistant Secretary) OR Skill Test (Qualifying for Group 'B' & 'C' Posts like J. Assistant).
Minimum qualifying marks are 30% in any tier.
